Community College of Philadelphia On Lockdown After Suspect In Custody

The Community College of Philadelphia was put on lock down this morning. The alleged 17-year-old suspect was taken into custody after the police report a student with a handgun outside the campus building around 9:30 am.

Fortunately, no was injured during the incident.

Philadelphia Police Commissioner Ramsey said the suspect had an argument with a student whom he knew prior to the incident. By 11 a.m. the entire main campus was in lock down. Police say the suspect is wearing a blue vest and a red hoodie.
