Nicki Minaj breaks the silence on MTV VMA feud with Miley Cyrus

Nicki Minaj is finally speaking about her apparent feud with Miley Cyrus for the first time since the MTV Video Music Awards which happened back in August.

A few days before Cyrus hosted the awards show back in August, she slammed Nicki in the New York Times for her criticism of the nominations and the feud with Taylor Swift. She accused Minaj of starting a “pop star against pop star war,” and called Nicki “not too kind.”

Afterwards, at the VMA ceremony, Nicki infamously yelled to the host, “Back to this expletive who had a lot to say about me the other day in the press. Miley, what’s good?”

Fast forward a little while, and the buzz on the gossip blogs and websites was whether or not the feud was real or not. Nicki now suggests in her own interview with the New York Times that the beef was real.

“I saw [Miley] just looking at me, with her face screwed up, and I thought, What the!” the rapper said.

It appears that the beef between Nicki and Miley was indeed the real deal!
