The “Tik Tok” singer shared a photo of herself in a recording booth with the following caption: “It’s a miracle when someone gives you a chance at finding your voice again with no reason other than that he is a [expletive] beautiful person with a heart of gold @zedd #truecolors.”
Zedd, who is known for hits featuring the likes of Jon Bellion, Selena Gomez, Hayley Williams and many more, has also shared several different photos on Instagram revealing that “Zedd & Kesha – True Colors” will be officially released on April 29.
The duo reportedly received permission from their respective record labels to create and release the song since Kesha is currently in the middle of an ongoing legal battle to be released from her contract with producer Dr. Luke.
“Just to clarify: We didn’t use any loopholes. Kemosable / RCA gave us permission to release,” Zedd said online. Dr. Luke replied to Zedd’s statement with the comment, “Thanks for the clarification @Zedd.”
