Indianapolis teacher, Marielle Slagel Keller, couldn’t think of a better group of ring bearers and flower girls than 20 of her elementary age younger students. The 25 year old bride commented that, “they’re the kids that mean the most to me. They’re a part of who I am.” Showing off their white outfits as they preceded the bride down the aisle, this was a first time experience for most of the children who had never attended a ceremony before. Husband-to-be Mike Keller was concerned about, “a herd of 6-year-olds coming down the aisle in this very important moment.” His wife-to-be was adamant about it and he says it went off without a hitch. A special cupcake ceremony was held for the kids right after the newlywed couple exchanged their vows. Upon arriving, she was rushed by all the children offering her a huge hug.
