Monsoons bring annoying mosquitoes our way but why to some and not others?

If you are anything like me, mosquitoes just love to bite you, but what causes them to be attracted to one person over another? Ironically, heavy breathing can get those pesky insects closer to you due to the fact that larger people and pregnant women exhale more carbon dioxide, and female mosquitoes can sense it, as reported by Tech Insider. Also, those who sweat a lot can bring mosquitoes their way. They love that lactic acid you are releasing. An easy solution to getting bit less can cost you about a buck by simply purchasing a bracelet with DEET on it, which can be found at many home improvement stores. Together, let’s keep those bloodsuckers away!
