Cool interactive LED crosswalk keeps pedestrians and bicyclists safer

Most of us, here in the United States, are used to crosswalks that have white stripes on dark asphalt but imagine if there was a glow-in-the-dark, 3D, or interactive LED crosswalk that changed its configuration based on the situation. Wouldn’t that be cool?

Believe it or not, they already exist in the Netherlands, India, and London, all designed to make walking and bicycling safer. Would love to experience something like this. Talk about state-of-the-art technology to keep people safe!
