Later on, he would star in The Mickey Mouse Club alongside Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and Ryan Gosling. He is probably most famous for his stint in the 1990’s with boy band NSYNC, but Justin hopes to bring things back to his roots and give us some twang.
Over four years after the release of JT’s album The 20/20 Experience – 2 of 2, the “Sexyback” singer has revealed that his next LP is on the way — and soon. Rumor has it, country star Chris Stapleton will even make a guest appearance on the new album titled Man of the Woods.
36-year-old Timberlake unveiled a minute-long teaser trailer for the record on Twitter this week, which revealed that Timberlake’s fifth studio album, titled Man of the Woods, is ready to drop February 2nd.
“This album is really inspired by my son, my wife, my family, but more so than any other album I’ve ever written, where I’m from,” Timberlake says in the video. “And it’s personal.”
Man of the Woods‘ Feb. 2 release is lined up with Timberlake’s much-anticipated Super Bowl halftime show performance on Feb. 4. Whether he’ll be performing songs from the album is still unclear.
A new single called Filthy is set to arrive this Fri January 5.
