Do we actually benefit from hitting the snooze button in the morning?

Are you guilty of hitting the “snooze” button in the morning? … Come on! … Be honest.

The reason I mention it is that one of Men’s Health Magazine’s medical experts was given that same question and then asked if we actually benefit from it. Personally, I feel like an extra ten minutes of sleep right before I wake up is a good thing. His answer … probably not.

Does that mean I have to go to bed an hour earlier now? Booo!
