McDonald’s may soon offer a vegan sandwich

Big Mac or McVegan? Yes, you heard that right! Very soon you could be inviting your vegetarian and vegan friends to join you for a meal at McDonald’s that is not just salad.

The popular chain has created a veggie burger that uses soy instead of beef. It will offer the same condiments as other sandwiches, just without meat.

McDonald’s fries are also fried in vegetable oil so vegans can rejoice in the fact that a full fast food meal option may soon be available for them.

Unfortunately, the McVegan is being sold exclusively in Finland for the time being. If sales are going well by mid-November, the company could include it on the menu on a trial basis in other countries, hopefully here in the good ole United States!

Would YOU try the new vegan sandwich at McDonald’s if you had the option?
