Long time NBC host Matt Lauer fired after misbehavior allegations

Yet another celebrity has been added to Santa’s naughty list this year!

This time, long-standing NBC Today Show Host Matt Lauer was released from his position after a detailed report was passed on Mon night to NBC executives.

Lauer, 59, was named the official co-anchor for the show in 1997 to replace Bryant Gumbel.

The announcement comes after CBS and PBS fired Charlie Rose last week for similar reasons.

Lauer becomes another person put on the growing list of celebrities accused of inappropriate behavior including Senator Al Franken, politician Roy Moore, Emmy-winning comedian and actor Louis C.K, action star Steven Seagal, Rush Hour director Brett Ratner, actor Dustin Hoffman and Kevin Spacey, former president George H.W Bush, actor Ben Affleck, and the man who started it all, Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.
