Steve and Jeff from The Morning Beat will be talking with the newly crowned Miss USA 2018 tomorrow, Friday May 25th on 88.7 The Pulse sometime between 6:15 and 7:45 a.m.

Miss USA 2018 was the 67th Miss USA pageant, held in the same spot it was in 1997 in Louisiana.

Hosted by husband and wife, Nick and Vanessa Lachey with commentary by Queer Eye for the Straight Guy’s Carson Kressley and Miss Universe fashion walk consultant Lu Sierra.

1990s boy band 98 Degrees and American country music singer Lee Brice performed.

Emerging as the winner and new titleholder of Miss USA 2018, 23 year old Sarah Rose Summers became the first woman from her state to win the title.

Arizona’s 24 year old Nicole Smith unfortunately did not place, but congratulations to her for making it to the national competition and representing the state.

The top three included North Carolina and Nevada with Florida and South Dakota reaching the Top 5.
