FREE daycare for parents with kids on Voting Day Tuesday November 6

Are you a busy parent who can’t find a babysitter for your kids while you head to the polls on Tuesday?

We got you covered! YMCAs across the Valley are offering free baby-sitting services on Election Day.

Most of us are aware that taking kids to the polls can add stress to busy parents and caregivers. The YMCA wants to help remove any obstacles or barriers that parents face when it comes to voting, hoping they can get everyone out to the polls on Election Day.

If you want to drop off your kids, it doesn’t matter whether you are YMCA members or not.

The only things they ask is to keep in mind the hours 8 a.m. to 8 p.m, a maximum of four hours for care, and make sure your kids are potty-trained.

There will be cool activities provided for the kids, including an opportunity for kids to get into the voting spirit themselves. They’ll vote on their favorite candy or cartoon character.Kids can only get creative with arts and crafts while waiting for their parents to vote.
