New nightclub lounge and restaurant coming soon to Central Phoenix

You may remember DeSoto Central Market in Phoenix. They had all sorts of shows there. Maybe you haven’t been there in awhile. Understandably, the space closed last August. I have good news for you though! The developer behind Cobra Arcade Bar and the owner of Relentless Beats are creating an all in one spot called Track Club.

“We’re very excited to finally come together with Chuckie and Damon on a project where we can create elevated experiences for our fans,” says Thomas Turner. “We’ve been searching for the perfect room for this concept, and with the DeSoto we found the perfect vessel to create a home for our fans, Arizona club-goers, and Downtown Phoenix locals alike.”

Think of it as a dance nightclub, cocktail lounge, and restaurant rolled into one place. Track Club will include three distinct areas most impressively a 12,000sq. ft. lounge and nightclub, along with a remodeled patio on the corner of Roosevelt and Central and restaurant that will both launch as a part of phase 2 of development. The concept harkens back to the dance culture of history’s iconic nightclubs, with an athletic aesthetic as the base for overall vibe. As evidenced by many of Duff’s other properties, such as Cobra Arcade Bar and The Rebel Lounge every attention to detail will be made.

Programming in the ticketed nightclub section of Track will see an eclectic mix of high-caliber DJs and performers 3-4 nights a week, across a wealth of genres, from hip-hop to Latin to pop and rock and of course electronic dance, for which Turner’s company Relentless Beats is most widely known. Guests of the lounge will be invited to partake in craft cocktails and enjoy a vibrant locally driven music, and arts entertainment pumping from a custom crows nest DJ booth, seven nights a week.

Track Club is slated to open in two phases, beginning in Fall 2019 with the lounge and nightclub. The remodeled patio and restaurant concept will follow in the months after. The project is being built by Alexander Building Company and designed by CCBG Architects, Inc.
