Culinary Dropout, Among Other Fox Resturant Concepts Bought Out By The Cheesecake Factory

Tons of local restaurants across the valley have been purchased by The Cheesecake Factory

Fox Restaurant Concepts is responsible for the growth of a handful of eateries in the valley as well as across the country. Culinary Dropout is the most recognized of the batch, but they also own Zinburger, The Henry, The Arrogant Butcher, Flower Child, Olive & Ivy The Greene House, Blanco, Doughbird, and North Italia.

The Cheesecake Factory, one of the largest fine-dining places in the country, has reached an agreement to purchase a third of the restaurant empire for $308 million dollars, and another $45 million over the next 4 years.


This comes in addition to the brief investments they made in both Flower Child and North Italia in 2016.

The places now under Cheesecake Factory-rule are Culinary Dropout, Zinburger, Doughbird, and North Italia.

The Cheesecake Factory currently operates over 200 restaurants in the U.S and Canada, and will be adding more to the list.

Sam Fox, the original valley-founder of Culinary Dropout will remain the CEO of the franchise according to a press release.
