And the winner is… Goodyear!
A personal finance website was recently included in Money.com’s list of the top 100 cities to live in.
The list took multiple factors into account, including cost of living, diversity, income, and crime.
The West Valley city got their rating mostly because of job opportunities, the average commute to downtown Phoenix, median household income and home prices. A new Microsoft campus and a Nike manufacturing facility are expected to bring over 500 full-time jobs to the city.
Goodyear was number 22 right above Lo Do, Colorado, and behind Spring Valley, Nevada
The best city to live in was Clarksville, Tennessee, noting their low home prices and downtown life (the average home in
Clarksville sells for $156k).
At number 100 was Bowie, Maryland: home of the Bowie Baysox, home of the Baltimore Orioles Double A baseball affiliate.
