Often during the week, some of us just drag through the day. Have you noticed people around you saying, “I’m tired”? Researchers at Penn State put on a study and got to the bottom of it!
Observing college students, they discovered something productive. When they were asked to extend their sleep, those who got an additional 43 minutes of rest per night experienced less drowsiness during the day. In addition, they were able to lower their blood pressure.
