According to researchers, if you want a balanced, palatable, sustainable diet that works for the whole family, the way to go is the Mediterranean diet. It’s simple, healthy, and reduces your risk for diabetes and high blood pressure. The focus is on eating less red meat, sugar, and saturated fat, and adding more Omega-3 rich fish and olive oil into your eating habits.
