Altogether, the copper state has 11,736 cases. Of those, Maricopa County has the majority with 6,219. This is accurate as of Monday evening, May 11th.
Arizona is 23rd in the nation with the total number of coronavirus cases. Taking into account statewide population, 1 in 620 Arizona residents currently has COVID-19.
May 8 saw the highest number of added cases in one day with 581. That number only includes those who were tested. It is unknown how many Arizonans could be affected.
